United States Eighth Circuit

US v. Hinkle, 05-3708

A conviction and sentence for being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of an unregistered short-barrel shotgun, and additional counts is affirmed over a challenge to a denial of a motion to suppress evidence obtained in the search of a trailer, and a claim that the district court erred in finding that a prior conviction for burglary of a commercial building qualified as a crime of violence for purposes of sentencing as a career offender.
