Denial of petitioner's application for asylum, withholding of deportation, and protection under the Convention Against Torture is affirmed where an adverse credibility determination was supported by specific, cogent reasons for disbelief, the finding was fatal to her claims for relief, and she could not demonstrate ineffective assistance.
