Dillard's Inc. v. Liberty Life Assurance Co. of Boston, 05-2482, 05-2517

Grant of judgment on the pleadings for an employer in an Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) claim brought against a plan administrator is reversed where the administrator did not abuse its discretion in terminating an employee's disability benefits as substantial evidence supported its determination that she was not disabled.
