Hillery v. Metro. Life Ins. Co., 05-4000

Summary judgment for a plan administrator in a dispute arising from its termination of plaintiff's long-term disability benefits is affirmed over claims that: 1) defendant failed to review or consider all of plaintiff's medical information; 2) an independent medical examination was perfunctory; 3) defendant made false or inaccurate statements; and 4) defendant failed to consider her treating physicians' opinions or her subjective complaints of pain.
