Osborn v. Prudential Ins. Co. of Am., 05-3870

Summary judgment is affirmed over a claim that the district court erred in determining that the insurer did not waive its right to deny proceeds of a life insurance policy to plaintiff, the beneficiary of the policy. The matter is remanded for a determination as to whether plaintiff violated a protective order.
