In an inmate's 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action, summary judgment in favor of defendants is reversed in part where a jury could conclude that a nurse was deliberately indifferent to plaintiff's serious medical needs when she left him in his cell for three hours after she was aware that he had taken a large dose of mental-health medications prescribed for another inmate.
