Robinson v. Potter, 05-3858
In a suit brought by an employee against the U.S. Postal Service alleging violations of the Rehabilitation Act, partial summary judgment for defendant, two discovery rulings, and a ruling on a motion in limine are affirmed where summary judgment on retaliation claim was not error, and the district court did not abuse its discretion in denying a motion to compel discovery or in granting motion in limine.
