US v. Sandoval-Rodriguez, 05-3589

A conviction and sentence for conspiring to distribute cocaine and marijuana, being an illegal alien in possession of a firearm, and illegal reentry into the U.S. is affirmed over claims that the district court erred in: 1) denying his motion to suppress evidence; 2) refusing to exclude certain testimony; 3) imposing a sentence enhancement for possessing a dangerous weapon in connection with the drug conspiracy convictions; and 4) imposing an unreasonable sentence.
