United States Eighth Circuit

US v. Valle Cruz, 05-3258

An order granting defendants' suppression motions in a prosecution for drug related offenses is reversed where the district court erred in suppressing evidence resulting from a traffic stop as a state trooper had probable cause to search one defendant's car after she stopped to observe the traffic stop of the other defendant, her traveling companion.
