A sentence for conspiracy to possess methamphetamine with intent to distribute and a firearm offense is affirmed over claims that the district court applied the sentencing guidelines as mandatory, rather than as advisory, and that the record did not show a certain condition of supervised release was warranted and the district court improperly delegated its authority to a probation officer.
