Johnson v. Blaukat, 05-3866
In a prisoner's civil rights suit alleging that her constitutional rights were violated by the use of excessive force against her, summary judgment for defendants is reversed in part as to two jail officer defendants where the evidence plaintiff produced was sufficient to create a triable issue as to whether the officers applied excessive force.
