US v. Pappas, 05-4373

Defendant's conviction and sentence for being a felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed over claims that: 1) police lacked probable cause and reasonable suspicion for a traffic stop that led to his arrest; 2) a search of his vehicle was improper, and evidence seized therefrom should have been suppressed; and 3) his sentence was unreasonable.
