Conley v. Very, 05-2650
A jury verdict for defendant on plaintiff's 42 U.S.C. section 1983 case alleging that defendant failed to protect him adequately while he was incarcerated at a correctional center is reversed and remanded for a new trial where the district court erred in its response to a question from the jury during its deliberations.
