US v. Donelson, 05-4330

A conviction and sentence for being a felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed over defendant's claims that his pretrial identification by a shooting victim should have been suppressed, that his conviction was not supported by sufficient evidence, and that the district court erred in departing upward when calculating his sentence.
