Baker v. Barnhart, 05-3106
An order reversing a denial of Supplemental Security Income (SSI) disability benefits to claimant is reversed where the district court abused its discretion by taking judicial notice of certain evidence outside the administrative record and relying on it, and in finding that the denial of benefits was not supported by substantial evidence.
