In a dispute involving alleged violation of a statewide collective bargaining agreement, dismissal of defendant-third party plaintiff's complaint against a union is affirmed where Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act preempted defendant's claims that the union fraudulent induced it to enter into the collective bargaining agreement at issue.
