Denial of parents' claim for reimbursement of the out-of-state private school tuition for their disabled child under the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act (IDEA) is affirmed as an Individualized Education Plan defendant-district offered met the requirements of the IDEA, and the district was not obligated to pay for the private placement selected by the student's parents.
