United States Eighth Circuit

US v. Dobbs, 05-2249, 05-2973

Defendants' convictions stemming from an armed robbery are affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) insufficiency of the evidence; 2) appointment of a replacement attorney; 3) denial of an attorney's request to withdraw; and 4) admission of evidence. One defendant's sentence is vacated where an enhancement based on prior convictions for "serious violent felonies" was inapplicable.
