US v. Goff, 05-4040

A conviction and sentence for possession of an unregistered firearm is affirmed where a search warrant was supported by probable cause to believe police would find evidence of methamphetamine manufacture at the listed residence, and his prior convictions in Iowa for operating a motor vehicle without the owner's consent were crimes of violence for purposes of the sentencing guidelines.
