Richardson v. Sugg, 04-3049, 04-3187

Dismissal, following a bench trial, of plaintiff's race-discrimination and free-speech claims arising out of his termination as the men's basketball coach for the University of Arkansas is affirmed where, although plaintiff's claims in the case were not barred by his contract, plaintiff was not fired because of his race nor on account of statements he made.
