Robinson v. GEICO Gen. Ins. Co., 05-3191

Adverse judgment for plaintiff in her suit against her auto insurance company seeking payment of damages allegedly caused by an underinsured motorist is affirmed where: 1) the district court did not abuse its discretion by allowing the testimony of defendant's medical expert; and 2) the testimony provided substantial evidence in support of a conclusion that plaintiff failed to establish causation.
