Beyer v. Firstar Bank N.A., 05-2707

Summary judgment for defendant-bank on plaintiff's claims that it violated Iowa law when it reported the status of his credit card account to a national credit reporting bureau is affirmed where plaintiff failed to present any evidence from which a reasonable jury could have determined that the report at issue was false.
