Matthew Headley Holdings, LLC v. McCleary, Inc., 05-2122
Judgment in favor of plaintiff on fraud and breach of contract claims in a dispute involving a snack distributorship agreement is reversed in part as to the judgment on the fraud claim where, under state law, the verdict against the corporate defendant had to be set aside since a jury found that the corporation's agents were not guilty of fraud.
