Summary judgment for insurers in a declaratory action regarding coverage of a judgment in a wrongful death suit is affirmed where one policy at issue was unambiguous and did not provide coverage to plaintiff's judgment debtor, and, while another judgment debtor was a named insured under another policy, that policy did not provide coverage for the loss sustained.
