Lundeen v. Canadian Pac. Ry. Co., 05-1918

In a suit brought for personal injuries and property damages suffered as a result of a freight train derailment, orders allowing plaintiffs to amend their complaint and remanding their case to state court are reversed where the district court continued to have jurisdiction through complete preemption of a state law claim of negligent inspection.
