US v. Alexander, 05-3378

Denial of a motion to suppress evidence in a prosecution for drug-related offenses is affirmed where a momentary extension of a lawful traffic stop to permit the police to complete a canine sniff of the vehicle did not violate defendant's Fourth Amendment rights, and the fruits of the resulting search were admissible.
