US v. Annis, 05-3521

A conviction and sentence for manufacturing and attempting to manufacture methamphetamine, and for being a felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) a drug quantity determination, 2) a finding defendant possessed a firearm in connection with another felony, 3) denial of an acceptance of responsibility reduction, and 4) sentence reasonableness.
