Bostic v. Goodnight, 05-1981
Findings of fact and conclusions of law in a corporate self-dealing suit are affirmed where: 1) defendant waived his right to a jury trial on a claim of self-dealing; and 2) the district court did not err in limiting accounting to funds defendant diverted from the corporation for his own benefit.
