A conviction and sentence for wire fraud and money laundering is affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) the government allegedly intentionally provoking a mistrial, thus resulting in a violation of the fifth amendment by defendant's retrial; 2) prosecutorial vindictiveness; 3) sufficiency of the evidence; 4) jury instruction; and 5) loss calculation at sentencing and application of a sentence enhancement.
