Goodin v. US Postal Inspection Serv., 05-2388

Dismissal of a breach of contract claim alleging that the postal service failed to grant plaintiff a reward it had offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of an armed robber who had assaulted a postal worker is affirmed where her claim had to be brought in the Court of Federal Claims under the Contract Disputes Act (CDA).
