Conwed Corp. v. Union Carbide Corp., 04-3386, 04-3855

A judgment applying comparative fault to reduce an employer's jury-awarded damages against a ceiling tile manufacturer in a subrogation action to recover workers' compensation benefits paid and payable to employees on asbestos-related claims is affirmed with minor modification over the parties' claims of error regarding: 1) application of the allocation of fault; 2) collateral estoppel; 3) damages awards; and 4) a claim for equitable contribution.
