Pediatric Specialty Care, Inc. v. Arkansas Dep't of Human Servs., 05-1115, 05-1116

An order requiring defendants to disclose to Medicaid service beneficiaries and providers the identities of peer review physicians and advisors who make decisions approving or denying medical care to Medicaid-eligible children is reversed since the relevant Medicaid regulations do not permit the disclosure ordered by the district court.
