United States Eighth Circuit

US v. Sanchez-Godinez, 05-2727

A conviction for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute is affirmed over claims that the trial court erred in its ruling on a hearsay objection to out-of-court statements, and in permitting the prosecutor to define "distribution" in his closing argument when that term was not defined by the jury instructions.
