Johnson v. Woodcock, 05-2192
Dismissal for lack of personal jurisdiction of an action alleging violations of the Lanham Act and related claims involving royalties for certain psychological tests is affirmed where plaintiff failed to establish a prima facie case of personal jurisdiction, general jurisdiction did not exist over defendant, and there was no abuse of discretion in denial of a motion to supplement the record.
