Summary judgment to defendants, a university and its trustees, in an action alleging failure to accommodate and retaliation in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is affirmed where: 1) defendants provided a legitimate, nondiscriminatory explanation for its decision to ban plaintiff from campus which was not pretextual; and 2) plaintiff failed to show that he was otherwise qualified, with reasonable accommodations, to meet prerequisites for admission into the university's graduate school program.
