Box v. Principi, 05-2060

Summary judgment for defendant in a suit brought by plaintiff against her former employer, an agency, alleging race discrimination and retaliation in violation of Title VII is affirmed where plaintiff failed to establish a prima facie case of discrimination as none of the actions she complained of rose to the level of an adverse employment action.
