Mayorga v. State of Missouri, 05-2762
Summary judgment for defendants, a state and officials, in a suit under 42 U.S.C. section 1983 alleging violations of plaintiff-former inmate's constitutional rights by a wrongful classification as a sex offender is affirmed where the district court properly determined that: 1) parole officials were entitled to absolute immunity; and 2) certain supervisory defendants had no personal involvement in the alleged violations.
