Bowles v. Osmose Utils. Servs., Inc., 05-2069

A judgment for plaintiff on a race discrimination claim against defendant-employer is affirmed where there was no clear error in: 1) the district court's findings of fact supporting plaintiff's account of the racial harassment that he suffered and the way that it affected him; 2) a rejection of an Ellerth defense; or 3) a punitive damages award.
