US v. Mugan, 03-4074

A conviction and sentence pursuant to a plea to a charge relating to child pornography is affirmed over: 1) constitutional arguments attacking congressional authority to regulate the conduct at issue; 2) a claim that the district court erred in denying a motion to withdraw a guilty plea; and 3) claims of sentencing error.
