Baum v. Helget Gas Prods., Inc., 05-2142

Summary judgment for defendant-employer in a dispute over the existence and breach of an alleged employment contract is reversed in part where the district court erred in finding a handwritten contract was unambiguous since the contract language was reasonably susceptible to more than one construction.
