US v. Stevens, 05-1744
Denial of defendant's motion to suppress evidence and his resulting conviction for possession of crack cocaine with intent to deliver and possession of a firearm are affirmed where probable cause was established for a search warrant, there was no error in authorizing a no-knock search, and the evidence was sufficient to support the conviction.
