US v. Sherman, 05-1058, 05-1072

Defendants' convictions for drug-related offenses are affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) submissions to the jury and jury instruction; 2) denial of a mistrial motion regarding improper witness testimony; 3) denial of a mistrial motion based on prejudicial impact of certain publicity and trial errors; and 4) insufficiency of the evidence. One defendant's sentence is remanded per Booker.
