United States Eighth Circuit

Botten v. Shorma, 05-1530

Dismissal with prejudice of a breach of contract claim is affirmed where the district court: 1) did not err in finding that a two year statute of limitation applied to plaintiff's claims for bonuses and incentives under an employment agreement; and 2) properly determined the date of the most recent breach.
