Garner v. Missouri Dep't of Mental Health, 04-3013
Judgment for plaintiff-employee and an award of no damages in a race discrimination and unlawful retaliation suit are affirmed where there was no abuse of discretion in admission of certain evidence, any error in refusing to allow amendment to plaintiff's complaint during the trial was harmless, and denial of an attorney's fees request was proper.
