Wilkinson v. US, 04-2185

Dismissal of claims for damages against the government under the Federal Tort Claims Act based on conversion and trespass involving Indian Trust Land is reversed where the district court erred in finding that plaintiffs, prospective Indian heirs, did not have standing for their suit.
