An order finding that a former husband had willfully violated an automatic bankruptcy stay with regards to certain military retirement benefits and an attorney's fees award are reversed where the debtor, former wife, had no legal right to the military retirement benefits, and thus the benefits did not become property of her bankruptcy estate.
