Nat'l Am. Ins. Co. v. W & G, Inc., 05-3037

Summary judgment in a dispute between two insurance companies over the amount each must pay in the joint settlement of a personal injury action is affirmed where the district court did not err in its findings regarding on coverage issues, and properly concluded that one insurer was not estopped from seeking equitable subrogation from another.
