Skokos v. Rhoades, 05-2374

Dismissal of an action brought under 42 U.S.C section 1983 and denial of attorney's fees are affirmed where a prosecutor and police were not liable on claims they violated plaintiffs' rights with regards to an improper seizure of games in plaintiffs' businesses, and plaintiff was not a prevailing party for purposes of attorney's fees.
