An order revoking a former Nazi concentration camp guard's citizenship is affirmed where defendant's actions constituted personal assistance in persecution, issuance of his visa was improper as he was ineligible for a visa under the Refugee Relief Act, and thus, his subsequent naturalization was illegally procured.
