Defendant's conviction and sentence for offenses involving firearms, narcotics possession, and conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute and to distribute methamphetamine is reversed in part pursuant to a claim that certain convictions on firearm offenses violated the Double Jeopardy Clause.
